PORTAL LOGIN AND UNIT REGISTRATION
1. Go to https://studentportal.kwust.ac.ke/
2. All students are required to update their email address and phone number at the admissions office
3. If you just supplied your details to the Admissions Office please wait for 10 minutes for the system to synchronize the details to the portal
4. Click on forgot password (for first-time login to the new portal)
5. Enter your admission number for password reset
6. Click on Password Reset
7. You will receive an email detailing your Password or a text from KWUST.
8. Go back to login and enter your Admno and the password that you received in your email or from a text from KWUST.
9. Click on Login and you can now access most services from the new portal like Registration of units
For unit Registration, you must have provided your residence data to the university by filling in the Non-Residency Data under Residency Management. This is for all students who do not reside within University Hostels.
For the university Hostel please visit the Matrons Office to get hostel Registration.
10. After filling in the Residency Data click on Current Course Data and then Click on Register Units
11. Your stage units will be listed and you are required to have all of them selected and then click Register Semester
12. The units will be auto-registered
